Royal Regency Suites Marina, self catering accommodation in Dubai

Featuring a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, each unit also comes with a safety deposit box, a satellite flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, desk and a seating area with a sofa bed. There is a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer in each unit, along with free toiletries.

Having extensive experience in renting various classes of hotels, I can say that this hotel exceeded all expectations!!! Thanks to our experienced team of professionals (chef Ahesan Mobin Aidana Christine's Umesh, Fayaz, Shameer, Sumith, Zafir) for this. 
Now point by point: 1) Hotel location. The hotel is located in the Marina area. You can walk to the sea in the shadow of skyscrapers, which is very convenient. In the evening you can take a walk along the marina embankment where there are many different cafes and playgrounds. You can also rent a scooter there and have a blast. 2) Cleanliness in the room! 
Trust my experience in hotel rentals around the world. It's very CLEAN 10 out of 10! You will not find any hair on the floor or bed linen. The room is quiet. Great view of the marina, thick doors and good sound insulation. 3) Amenities in the room. We stayed in room 2305 on the 23rd floor. It was a premium room with 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has everything for cooking. You may also need a washing machine, which is also present in the kitchen. The staff even took care of the washing powder. 4) Breakfasts. There is absolutely everything you could want. The chef is a very friendly person. He will offer you any dish that is not in the buffet. 5) In the evening you can go to the restaurant; children are offered free food from the buffet.
6) Security deposit. Be prepared that a security deposit will be charged upon check-in as a consequence of the good condition of the rooms. The deposit can be made in cash or paid by card. The deposit can be returned to the card within 15 days. We paid 700 dirhams in cash and received it back upon check out. Here we felt at home. Thank you very much! See you again!

    The apartment is in an amazing location. It's self catering and all utensils you would require are in the kitchen. The view from the lounge/dining area and the bedrooms are just wonderful and relaxing, especially at night time. There are plenty of restaurants within the Marina area which are within walking distance too. The communication with Tatiana was over and beyond. I had a couple of requests and she fulfilled them totally. Amazing lady. I will be back for sure but for a longer stay.

    There was no address .The address listed is no where near the apartment,There was no reception the security man had no idea who I was or what bookings.com was .I eventually spoke to apartment owner who gave me correct address cost me £40 in taxi and metro fares to get there ,took me 3 hours to find property. The apartment was very nice but the self catering facilities were rubbish not a pot pan cup or spoon to do any cooking whatsoever ever .The kitchen was there but no utensils at all complete insane .

    It's a good location for the Burge and Dubai Mall and handy for the Metro which will get you to most places. We had a two bedroom apartment but the self catering was difficult at the kitchen has no cutlery or crockery, we finally got some from room service but it took a couple of days to sort this out. The kitchen has a full size fridge freezer, microwave, sink, washing machine and two ring hob.

    Location is good for access to the southern suburbs of Dubai, but business is still concentrated in the northern ones. It is definitely a self-catering facility, no daily services, no reception, etc. In my case a shared kitchen (for 2 units), which, I guess, is acceptable for this type of facility, reasonably equipped, including washing machine and ironing board. If this is the type of facility you're looking for it's fine, modern and functional.

    My experience staying at Mira was not what I expected, there were crawling bugs in the bathroom, the shower is too short for someone as tall as I am, there was no gas connection for me to utilize the kitchenette and the main reason I booked a self catering apartment was to use the kitchen as I have a toddler. Also when I checked in the reception had no idea of my reservation and I had to wait 20 minutes for that paperwork to be sorted out.

    In general the apartment was great, size wise and furnishing, however, the apartment was worn and in needs of renovation, grout in the bathroom area was dirty, badly scratched floors, Airconn set too cold and couldn’t change it on thermostat. Kitchen was well equipped for self catering if needed.
