Super staff works for the reception, very kind and helpful people, thank you so much! Breakfasts are great: fresh fruits, delicious pastries, cheeses, snacks, etc.. The restaurant has a large terrace, you can have breakfast overlooking the valley and watch last hot balloons in the air. For dinner it’s better to make a reservation because it’s a popular restaurant here. We booked a flight on a hot balloon and other excursions through the hotel, they have their own agency. Book in advance, you can communicate directly through Booking. Everything was top notch, I can recommend. There is a spa area, a small pool in the cave, a sauna and a relaxation area.
