Fosshótel Mývatn is located next to Lake Mývatn, 6.8 km to the Mývatn Nature Baths. The hotels provides free WiFi and free private parking. All is good except no Wi-Fi on our room at 3/F. It was unacceptable in a 4 stars hotel nowadays. Sauna room with a nice view but it’s opens fri. 10:00 am to 10:00 pm only. It will be much better with long open hours

This hotel is quietly situated 2 km from Lake Mývatn and 30 minutes’ drive from the Godafoss Waterfall and Krafla Crater. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with modern furnishings. Everything was great. The view was incredible! Breakfast was amazing as well. We hope to visit this place again.

Set in Myvatn, 22 km from Dettifoss, Holssel road 864 offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. If you follow an instruction of owner about location, then there is no problem to find. First you drive to Grimstunga for key (very easy to find on Google map) and that you continues for 7 km to your room. Room is spacious, bright and with terrasse. Kitchen has well equipment. Location is overall good, very close to ring road and close to Detifoss waterfall (east).

Everything about this homestay was amazing, the location ,bird sanctuary, amazing colours of the plants all around the house, Beautifully decorated inside and out, you could not but love staying in this beautiful homestay, We had beautiful freshly baked bread waiting when we arrived, This is a must stay if you are visiting Myvatn, There was 4 of us staying and we all loved loved it, Lovely balcony.

A recently renovated holiday home set in Reykjahlíð, Myvo The Studio apartment at Geiteyjarströnd 4 features a garden. clean, stylish and well equipped. very mice owners, help is with entering the apt and was available.
