The housekeeping team goes above and beyond to ensure your room is clean and ready after a long day at work. The wellness area is amazing.

Rezidence u Jezera is set by a lake in Písečná, within a 10-minute drive from Jeseník, and offers an à la carte restaurant with a fireplace, an own winery and a terrace. Breakfasts were amazing, very varied and fresh; the staff was great, they spoke Czech, German, and Polish. The lake was surrounded by a path and even though it was quite muddy during the stay it was still possible to have a short walk around. Even in the evening as there were lamps lit. Really excellent place. Worth a visit!

Room stayed warm even though it was some minus degrees celcius during night. Bed was very comfortable. And when the cafeteria/reception area opens up, it will be even better than before.

Tip: In order to get the keys to the apartament you need to call the phone number provided on the entrance door. The room was large, kitchen was well equipped and the view from the window was very nice. It was possible to park the car right in front of the building. In the night it's really dark outside as there are almost no lights nearby, which makes it a perfect place to watch the stars :)
