Modern and well appointed rooms with large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Bed was comfortable. Nice little touches with complementary nuts, muffin and chocolates. Breakfast was fantastic with everything available. Elegant bar and dining room for breakfast. Nice patio outside to overlook Lake Lucerne. Overall little to complain about and much to laud. A true 5 star hotel.

Love it. Suite is super spacious, very comfortable with amazing view. We even received complimentary return cable car & gondola tickets with our stay. Had a great time. Highly recommended.

The Art Deco Hotel Montana offer rooms as well as luxurious spa suites with panoramic views of Lake Lucerne, the city and the Alps. Almost everything. Decor was elegant and modern. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowed us late checkout and sent up amenities very fast. Room with balcony had amazing view. The funicular was also very convenient since the hotel is a bit up the hill. It actually very nice because the view is better higher up. Bathroom was very well equipped even with a nice hairdryer.

The staff who checked us in were so friendly and helpful, booked dinner at restaurant for us, translated the menu, Our corner room had a superb view of the lake and book landing. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was in an awesome area that looked out over the lake and was gorgeous. The out door seating for the restaurant was great. Surrounded by lovely areas to walk. Again the staff were some of the most helpful and friendly of out trip. It was just yard from the boat dock and Mt Rigi cogwheel train. Great breakfast variety and menu for dinner.

I fell in love with this hotel. Right on the lake, with lively terrace for breakfast, drinks/tea, dinner. By great good fortune, I had a corner room with a huge terrace. Truly, I did not want to leave. Clean, spacious, comfortable, great shower/tub! And views, views, views!!! Please read in the "negative " section where I refute some others' negative reviews. very beautiful location, the windows offer a crazy view of the lake, the interior of the hotel consists of expensive materials, very pleasant smells of soap, shampoo, shower gel, lotion, rubber slippers are issued that will not turn into garbage after one use. very kind staff. The drain in the bathroom is not clogged as is often the case in hotels. good prices for parking and bar. Thank you for this level of service
