The location is amazing near the trian & bus station also so close to the supermarkets and shopping street, the room was so clean has kettle ,cups,tea and coffee The hotel staff is friendly and super flexible. Christine, the hotel owner, is so down to earth and doing her best to make all customers happy and satisfied. We enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend the hotel for everyone going to interlaken

Swiss Inn & Apartments is set in a residential area of Interlaken, a 3-minute walk from the West Train Station, shops and the city centre. I fell in love with the little, cozy and clean room. It was my 10th day in Europe, and I slept very well compared to the other hotels i've stayed. Very, very friendly host, and just because of her (along with cozy and comfy room) i would like to come back to this place again when I get a chance to visit Switzerland.

The charming chalet-style Fassbind hotel is quietly situated in Beatenberg high above Lake Thun facing the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. I like Everything about this property, the property is just full of surprises and history and Danny the man the Swiss version of Ryan Reynolds just made everything so interesting and was full of surprises, and his wife the boss makes sure Danny is doing his job correctly (just kidding , she is just a gentle soul that makes some kick ass paninis !. We had a full on bbq with a crazy good view it was just like heaven with good company , and they became dear friends that we will miss 100% they do have the slogan in German (I didn’t understand it until we were leaving. And he translated it , it says you come as guests and you leave as friends) these guys just made Interlakken better, oh yea I didn’t forget Heidi , their new 6 months puppy , she was such a good girl and funny Swiss mountain dog. Focus on the details in the property , there is a story behind each one , spend a day with them and ask for a bbq the next day , wood fire bbq and marsh mellows my wife my mum and our friends we had a blast with that view. The lake view room my mum was in , was breath taking ; the Mountain View one has a side view of the lake , all rooms with balcony . Oh yea the breakfast was something else , super good , if you like abit of spicy , ask for Dannie’s special scrambled eggs, these hosts were very generous and super nice and I can’t thank them enough. Vastaanotto oli erittäin miellyttävä, omistaja keskusteli kanssamme pitkään pienellä ulkoterassilla. Huoneen varustus vastasi kaikkiin tarpeisiimme. Kerrokseen pääsi hissillä. Polkupyörämme olivat hyvässä suojassa ulkosalla. Huoneesta hienot näköalat vuoristoon, rinteiden vieressä riippulautailijoita. (Laitan oheen pari kuvaa ympäristöstä ja hotellin julkisivusta)

The location is the best. The backyard is facing the lake Thun and Alps and the front is facing another mountain. Great view. The breakfast was nice and included in the price. The room was spacious enough, neat and quiet. The drive to town was also easy. There is bus stop right in front of hotel. The buses are convenient and easy to take.

Artos contains several caring center for elders and the interior of entire place is super clean and tidy. Location is great, the community is very quiet, 2 bus stops away from Interlaken ost station and 2 bus stops aways away to downtown if you take another direction. A spacious and spotless clean apartment. The breathtaking view is profoundly impressive (unfortunately even the best pictures cannot accurately represent this). The SPA amenities are amazing, clean and included in price. The parking garage was across the corridor, just a few steps away.

The beautiful resort with full kitchen and impeccably clean apartments are in the perfect location - quiet area of the main street, 10 minute walk to Interlaken Ost and 5-10 minute walk to the supermarkets and other restaurants. It is managed like a 5-star hotel (but is very homey), by warm, kind, friendly and very helpful people. Special mention to Andrea who communicated with me prior to our stay and waited for my family and I even when we arrived late. To Samantha who helped us with the washing machine and allowed us to check out late. To Peter who was patient and committed in helping us when we needed to find the exhaust of the stove and explaining to us our train pass options that enabled us to all the more enjoy the Jungfrau region. We also loved starting our day with our breakfast and their dining area that overlooks to a beautiful park.
