Cosy hotel with amazing staff. Exceded my expectations considering the value for money and all the services and facilities (sauna, breakfast, games room, rooms view, all with balcony...) Hostellerie du Pas de l'Ours is peacefully located in a stylish chalet in Crans Montana, in the Swiss Alps. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. It is so cute and reminds me of what I would expect a luxury log cabin to be like. However, the best part by far was the staff. They are some of the kindest, most welcoming people I have ever met!
