The view from the terrace was incredible, especially for the sunset. The room was clean and cozy. The staff, Sara, Juri and Olti, really made our stay with their kindness and attentiveness to our needs. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area of Dhërmi!

The hotel is wonderful, I can't say enough good words for the staff who goes above and beyond to satisfy their clientele needs. The location is perfect. Everything is walking distance whether you want to go and visit the ancient ruins of the Roman Amphitheater or just for a stroll by the seaside. Excellent option for entertainment and shopping are also on the neighborhood. On the relaxing side, the rooms are perfect with comfortable beds and excellently furnished bathrooms. The breakfast has amazing selections from local food sources.

Vlora enjoys a beautiful position beacause it is the gatway to the Albanian Riviera , which is the gem of Albanian Tourist places. The town with its wide boulevards decorated by huge palm trees has a real southern Mediterranean feel to it. It is located in front of Karaburuni peninsula and Sazani Island, close to various sandy and rocky beaches and the scenic nearby mountains. Vlora is Albania's second largest port, having regular ferry boat connections with Italian ports of Bari and Brindisi. What to see The Museum of Independence - In the centre of town, erected in Sheshi i Flamurit (The Square of the Flag). It reflects the stern struggle of the Albanians for freedom and independence, the events that brought about the raising of the flag on the 28th November l912, when Albania was proclaimed an independent state. Ethnographic Museum Historic Museum The Mosque of Muradie - was built in 1542 by the famous architect Mimar Sinani (who built the grandiose Suleymanie Mosque in Istanbul). The Vlora Bay Kuz Baba - Building of the Bektashi sect, perched up on the hill towering upon the town centre. This spot offers a unique view not only of the town, but also of the entire Vlora Bay. The Vlora Bay - Is the deepest, largest and most beautiful bay on the Albanian coast, 19 km in length, with many sandy and rocky beaches which are frequented by tourists between May and October. Triportus - This settlement lies on the coast about 3 km west of Vlora. It was founded in the 6th century BC and was enlarged into a town towards the end of the 4th century or early in the 3rd. This was probably the ancient city of Aulona mentioned by the geographer Ptolemy.

Host and staff extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location for us was perfect, on the side of Himares busier areas which guaranteed peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, yet a short walk away from everything. There can be blackouts in Qeparo when it rains, so a flashlight and candles are essential. There was a double booking of the studio for 2 days, but Alexandra took care of an alternative. The Dhori house was a pleasant stay. The host was very helpful offering suggestions in the area, and having the parking on site was great. It’s not right on the waters edge or right in the village of Dhermi, so it is best you have a car when staying here (or along the whole Albanian Riviera, it’s helpful). However, if you walk 5 minutes from the hotel, you get blue water beaches without umbrellas and sunbeds and without people, the authentic Albanian Riviera!!!
