Hotel Landhaus enjoys a central location in Bern, a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and 200 metres from the well-known Bear Pit. Staff were very friendly, and assisted me to show how the keycard works as well as take up my luggage to my room, up the narrow staircase. Small and quaint, and I love the vibe of the community that the place fosters. The vegetarian breakfast options are great too! Love the spread and the personalised table setting they had for each guestrooms. My room came with a bathroom and a small balcony that has a view of the river.

They also have their moments of unhappiness, but when you need help, these receptionists will do their best to help you solve the problem. Do you need to contact the website? How to make an international call? They will even use their personal email to help you print information... If they can't help you with something, these young people will honestly tell you sorry and clear the boundaries. It's like interacting with friends, rather than just a relationship of service and being served. I like all of them.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, I was travelling alone and was coming down with a cold and it was raining when I arrived early. The lady was more than willing to help me out and allowed early check in

Re-opened in April 2017 after renovations, Hotel Jardin Bern is situated within a 20-minute walk from the historic centre of Bern. The tram number 9 offers direct connections to the centre. Welcoming reception, easy and smooth check-in, great location and very quite at night.. Good room size.

Great location near the Tram to take you to downtown Bern. Annemarie was a wonderful host. The breakfast in the morning was great with fresh bread and cheeses each morning. The outdoor balcony was also quite nice when the weather cooperated.
