The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!

It is a beautiful, light and clean apartment. The host had sent all the information, photos, how to find the location. And I especially want to note an incredible view from the window to the mountains.

Kopaonik is an amazing sought after sunny mountain with lots of snow until end of March, fantastic ski slopes, hotels, restaurants, shops and facilities. Ski slopes are for all levels, probably best suited for families and those who enjoy wide slopes and relaxed skiing ... but there are also few steep black slopes for more extreme skiers.
Kopaonik is beautiful all year around. I prefer Kop during winter, it's magical.

Good food and atmosphere in the restaurants in the centre and at the ski slopes. The ski center is crowded all the time, during working days and especially weekends (January, February and March). Waiting time for the main 6 or 4 seaters to take you up 20-40 min, which is ridiculous. There is no waiting line; the crowd of people are stepping on each other, fighting to get quicker to the lift. Don't bring your own skis (better rent) as they will be damaged from people stepping on them.

Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders.
Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders. Excellent local food, nice beers. However, the locals are smoking inside the facility with was a problem for me. Your clothes can smell unpleasantly after being outside for a lunch or dinner. Nacionalna klasa serves the best quality of food in the center of Kopaonik and you would not smell the cigarettes that severely as the other places.

Great place for mid-level skiing, it is big enough, we’ve been there for 5 days and it did not get boring as we changed slopes and got across the whole skiing area exploring. The weather was too warm and some slopes were closed, but still quite many were open.

Some very good slopes but very crowdy (you have to stay in the line 15-20 min to go up every time) and rather expensive (in Belgrade the prices are at least twice lower). Slope maintenance is also not the best.

Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be.
Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be. In recent years, accommodation capacities have doubled (if not tripled), while the infrastructure has remained the same. That's why skiing in Kopaonic has become a true test of patience. You can wait at least 10-15 minutes up to 30 minutes for each climb. You hardly find locals who speak English and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. It has become a very crowded resort.
First and foremost - a host does care about guests comfort. Provided all required information on how to get there, where to park a car, wi-fi password etc. He was always in contact. Apartment is spacious with balcony at mountains side. There's a parking spot right next to enterance to a building, which is not so often in Kopaonik. Kitchen is well equiped, there's even a dishwasher. Enough wardrobes to fit ski outerware besides other clothes. Lots of electrical outlets, big water heater.
Hotel is on unique location, with immediate access on the ski pyste. There is ski drawer and rent, parking is available close to the hotel. Spa is small, but it is sufficient for ski vacation relax. Staff is great, very polite, both in the hotel and bar on the hotel front. DJ parties are pleasant for young visitors, but too loud for guests who decide to skip skiing. Food is very good, both breakfast and dinner. There is a traditional restaurant with very tasty serbian traditional meals.
Really nice hotel in Kopaonik with excellent spa facilities. Also, their restaurant was quite good although as often in Serbia, if you are a vegetarian do not take the signs describing the food on bufee for granted as quite often there is meet in the food even if not mentioned (also notified the staff of it). During our stay the water was cut off i the region but the hotel reacted adequately by offering plenty of bottled water.
Perfectly used space, each of the details planed well.Hosts are thoughtfull regarding both ecology, economy and practiality. They even thought about spray sanitizer for surfaces ..as well as litetature for all demographics.. In case your orgsnisation doesnt allow time for skii pass, host put an effort to comensate it by plastic sledges. Comfy matresses.
Savrseno planiran prostor i analiza najrazlicitijih potreba. Bravo!
This is my 6th or 7th visit to this place. I like it more in the summertime, honestly. It is intended to be used as a ski resort but it's crowded then and you cannot enjoy it as you can the rest of the year.
Staff is also more relaxed and ready to attend to any of your needs. Andrijana at the reception desk did an excellent job as well as Jovica the restaurant manager (I assume).
The room is big and clean, with slippers and toothbrushes, in other hotels I don’t find that, it’s a pleasant surprise. There is also a kitchen where you can even cook yourself if you want. The online response is also very fast, very kind and answering all questions. The room is about 10 minutes walk from the ski resort, great price of value.
We had a great stay at Lazar and Lena. The apartment was specious and big, great for two couples or family with two kids. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. There even was spices, oils, flour for cooking. The location is a bit far from the ski resort but if you travel with car you don't have to worry about it.
Beautifull wooden style house as from fairy tail, placed in calm area but still close to supermarket and restaurants. Very well connected with the Kopaonik ski center with ski bus nearby. Provides great experience with private open air jakuzzi and private sauna. Very kind owner is always available to help with anything.
The hotel is nicely placed in the vicinity of the amenities that Kopaonik has to offer for summer and winter vacations. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. I have had some minor problem with my car and the staff helped me in resolving it. They are cleaning the facilities all the time.
the property is well known in Serbia for the the last 40 as being one of the best hotels for years. Knowing its so “old” they kept it in a good shape. They keep on investing and keeping-up with trends, so it always looks like its just been built.
Good location, 10 min by car/bus to the Kopaonik ski resort. Clean apartment with all the necessities. Keys pick-up and communication with the host was easy. Access (paid) to the SPA in the Kraljevi Čardaci hotel.
I liked that the hotel was new build with a very nice design and in a very quiet area. The spa was good, very relaxing after a day at ski. The parking was very big but without security..
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kopaonik.
The location was perfect right next to the center that makes the shopping easier. And just less than 5mins walk to the Ski Area. And we had a great view through out the window.
I was born in Serbia. I came with my family to visit Kopaonik mountaun. It was wonderful experince. Apartman was super nice, I liked very much. Hope I will be back there soon again.
Everything! Next time going again there! Stuff were really helpfull with an issue that we had. Excellent value for the money since in Kopaonik hotels are very pricey!
Everything. Great place to visit on Kopaonik. Location is awesome. Apartment is just right next to the ski piste. Perfect place to visit with both family and friends
