Conveniently located only 18 km from Luxembourg-City and 12 km from Esch/Alzette and close to the French and Belgium border.

The buffet breakfast was ok. You had to boil your own hard-boiled eggs, and someone was always turning down the temperature, so you had to make sure it was set or you didn't cook the eggs hard. Otherwise, it was a nice continental breakfast. The room was small but did have windows that opened but onto a major and noisy street. We did find that there was an air conditioner, so the second night we used that so we didn't have to have the windows opened to cool off. Parking might have been an issue, limited parking spots, we always got one, but I think just because we quit early and were back at the hotel early afternoon. Otherwise, I would assume you have to park on the street.

I wasnt there long, an overnight stop with a morning walk into the town. The petrol prices were pretty reasonable and there was a decent supermaket and mini mall at the bottom of the town.
If staying for a short break I would probably get a hotel in Luxembourg City, as although all transport in the country is free its stops at 2300. Also to be fair I was there on a Monday night so maybe its a bit livelier at weekends?

Bascharage is an easy day's drive from Calais or Dunkirk. At Hotel Carpini you then get a comfortable room, an excellent dinner and a very good breakfast. You can then fill up with (cheap) Luxembourg price petrol; and are only a few minutes from the motorway to wherever takes your fancy.

It's a fairly quiet spot and all but closes down in and around 9.30pm to 10p, at night.
Differdange some miles down the road is a livelier location but the Gulliver hotel and Gulliver Tower in Differdange are both superb choices for a few days in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
The staff were vey friendly and polite. Nice modern hotel with a fresh feel, just across the road from the brew house restuatrant, which I went to but only for drinks. However the menu did lok impressive! Maybe a tad expensive but I think that is just normal costs in Luxembourg. The Parking was an extra 10euro charge but then it was very sucure and on the hotel site. The room was good, really comfortable bed.
While traveling from Berlin to Dover, we chose this reasonably-priced hotel along the way. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable, the free parking was convenient, and the breakfast very good. The man at the reception had a wonderful sense of humor and the Italian restaurant downstairs was well visited, serving delicious freshly-prepared food. We’ll definitely stop here again!
I did not know at the time I made the reservations that BrauHotel is not in Luxembourg Ville. However, we could catch a free bus in front of the hotel that showed up very often. There was great benefit in the comfortable 25-minute ride into Luxembourg that took us through the Luxembourg countryside and several charming small towns.
Served it's purpose, no frills stay for two nights. Decent shower, bed was ok. Breakfast was included and although it wasn't a big selection, it was enough to put you on until you'd gone into town. The restaurant downstairs was very nice and I certainly enjoyed an evening meal here, the staff here and at the hotel were friendly.
Excellent place! One of the best I've ever visited. Free parking. The bus stop in front of the hotel. The trip to Luxemburg city is free of charge and takes 20 min. The restaurant is great, especially the own produced Bier 🍺 ans hamon/ ham. Cosy atmosphere. Great service! Thank you for this lovely stay!
Breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive. It is in a good location, 20min away from the LUX city centre by bus (keep in mind public transportation is free of charge).
One of the good things is the local beer, manufactured just behind the hotel. We had a chance to taste all of them.
Easy to find the hotel, which is not always the case in Europe, I am finding. Good amount of available parking. The hotel is above an Italian restaurant, very good and very convenient. 3 beds in the room! I get to choose! Good selection for breakfast, marvelous bread, strong coffee.
We used here as a transit hotel for one night. It was very clean, modern and the room was comfortable with good facilities. The hotel shop was well stocked and good variety of food and drinks could be purchased from there at reasonable prices. Good size free car park. Good breakfast
Brand new hotel with super facilities and a private parking easily accessible for travelers. Staff were kind but lacked some training, you can see that the hotel is a side business to the brewery nearby. Still it's a great value for money choice.
Very, very clean room. Clever design to maximise space in the quite small room. Comfy for a short stay. Very friendly staff! No need to use the hotel car park. Plenty of free street parking available.
Modern, clean and comfortable. Great bathroom with rainfall shower. Spacious room. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Secure covered parking with direct access by lift to the hotel.
Modern and new hotel with a spacious family room right across from the Bofferding brewery (and brewery pub which serves dinner). Easy to reach, underground parking.
