My room had the windows for the mountains around the area, and it was just amazing. Maybe the road noise would have been challenging at the other side, but mine was fine. The location is excellent from the perspective of the landscape, but it is good to keep in mind that the nearest grocery shop is about 15 min walk. The near brewery could offer hot meals, although anything else is about 10-15 min walk away. The bus station is also about 10 min walk, although it makes a great view on the mountains. Overall, I liked the surroundings, the closeness of the nature, and room as well: it was cozy and comfy. Would come again (to the same room, haha) definitely!

It‘s warm and cozy, complete with equipment, the bed was soft, it feels like home, the view was incredible, the sala was welcoming, the toilet has a videt! 😄The owner was accomodating, friendly and easy to reach. My friends really appreciated it.

We also dined in the restaurant and again our expectations were exceeded.

Nothing was open. There's no city center that we could find, and everything was deserted. We looked all over for a cafe or ice cream place but found nothing. We really wanted a souvenir shop for Liechtenstein stickers and postcards... Found nothing at all.

The hostel makes a great base for exploring the rest of Liechtenstein which is easily reachable by car, hiking or public transport. The place is very modern and our room was clean and cosy with an amazing view of the mountains. Shared bathrooms are also very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even gave us free parking since we were staying on the last day of the season. Free breakfast buffet was delicious. Close to walking paths in forests, so lovely. check-in is a bit tricky for those of us who aren't auto check-in experienced. I suggest they put up a few more signs for guidance up to help first-time users. There is restaurant staff there who help although they are not part of the hotel itself, they are helpful and friendly

However, the surrounding is quite charming as the hotel is on a hill that there is nice view from the balcony or window. There is a vine yards and fruit trees in front and very nice to walk around in the morning. Breakfast is pretty good with local cheese, bread, fruits and yogurts that we really enjoy it.

The building is close (or part of?) a monastery as the name suggests (we don't know German so we didn't know that in advance)., but it's not IN a monastery, the entrance and everything is the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel, RUUF, is perfect! It's the first vegetarian\ vegan restaurant in Liechtenstein and it's tasty! And the view is amazing.

The breakfasts were delicious, I especially loved to have a slice of bread from the local bakery with some Swiss cheese. Very good noise reducing features: I like the separate area before the beds so people do not have to turn on lights in the main room. The downstairs area is also very nice and the breakfast is much better than many hotels. Overall A+.
