I had a wonderful experience for 3 days in Sibiu. We had the best accommodation at Transylvanian Valley: central but very quiet location, welcoming rooms and a dreamy inner courtyard where we enjoyed our coffee. Actually everything here was great, and our host (Filip) really made the difference, even giving us recommendations about places in Sibiu. Transylvanian Valley is a place where you want to come back for sure.

Lovely old town with small and large square and lots of interesting and colorful architecture. I recommend to visit the Brukenthal National Museum and of course the beautiful bridge of lies (by night extra special). We travelled with our two dogs and saw no stray dogs in Sibiu.

We visited the upper and lower town, the city walls and took lots of pictures of the eyes of Sibiu. It’s a very walkable small city. We also visited, on the recommendation of our host, the Astra National Ethnographic Museum Complex. We ate traditional Romanian dishes and drank local craft beer at Restaurant La Bubu.

Some of the attraction to be seen in Sibiu: the Large Square, Brukenthal Museum, Liars’ Bridge, Evangelic Church, Citadel wall with 3 towers are just.
See Sibiu from above. The easiest way is to climb the council Tower in the main square of Sibiu.
Nearby: make sure not to miss the ethnography sections of the Astra Museum; Sibiu Zoo; The story of the calendar; The medieval fortress of Cisnadioara; Valea Zanelor Clay Castle; The upside down house
The best place we stayed during our weeklong trip to Romania. The room was large and well equipped, the shower was modern and had excellent pressure and temperature, the bed was comfortable.
I left an expensive item in my room and they immediately contacted me to let me know. When it took me a while to return to collect it they went out of their way to ensure I could get it back. Even before this experience they were our favourite place we stayed and this just further demonstrated their professionalism.
They even had candy in the room!
We stayed with 6kids so this huge room is so good for kids. And when we can cook in the room when kids was hungry, that was so good.
The rooms are clean.
This hotel is close to center of Sibiu and there are supermarket and Korean food shop and many restaurants near there so when we were tired a sightseeing, we can go back at hotel soon.
There are some playground parks is so good for kids.
The staff sent to answering soon for us is so kindful.
The room was decorated to antique so we can feel old town mood.
We were lucky that we got a very quiet room on the second floor.
It was small but enough for the two of us. We even stayed longer than planned.
Breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices, even better than our last hotel that had 4 stars. Breakfast room was in separate building across the courtyard or in the courtyard. See photos.
The staff made us feel at home.
They have two rooms on the first floor (parterre) where you don’t need to climb stairs.
We got street parking across the hotel (no charge).
We had a pleasant stay at Hilton. We appreciated the stuff that works in the hotel - very helpful, always smilling and ready to serve the client. Also appreciated the large rooms and the atmosphere inside the hotel. What we think that could be improved is the restaurant "Casa Boierului" - half of what we ordered was not the quality we expected and the person who served us was acting as if we disturbed him
I had a delightful stay at the hotel in Sibiu! The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the city center. The self-check-in process was convenient. The only downside was that the room was a bit chilly initially as the radiator was turned off, but it warmed up to a comfortable temperature within three hours. Overall, a positive experience with great accessibility to the city's attractions.
room was comfortable, big, very clean. the hotel is right in the city center and has parking ( 5 euro/ day). breakfast is ok, could be better but still is way better then 90% of romanian hotels.
A good selection of fruit and veggies for breakfast besides the usual. the hotel could use a refresh as it seems a little dusty but overall i can’t complain, definetly worth it.
Very nice place. Everything is new and fresh. Looks like it is an extension of another hotel - Merkur, so they have the same reception and restaurant. The room is very nice with very nice color combination. Breakfast was incredible. Netflix and great TV. Welcome and personalized present in the room.
One of the best apartments i stayed in Romania. Very well equiped, all brand new. The owner was very helpfull and the ride to city center is only 7 minutes by car. The building is also brand new, with a big parking lot, and it looks great-they even have a snacks vending machine in the lobby :).
The location of the hotel - pretty close to the city centre; the rooms were cozy and clean, and quite large. Also, the breakfast, very varied and tasty - one had quite a large variety of products, even for fasting and vegetarians. Will definitely come back, when visiting Sibiu!
The room looked great, it was spacious, clean, modern, tastefully decorated and furnished.
The location is very good, with many touristic attractions near by and restaurants in walking distance.
Loved the breakfast because it had some of the Romanian traditional foods.
In my opinion it is a really good 4 star hotel in the outskirts of Hermannstadt/Sibiu. It is a quiet place, clean , good services and a tasty and plenty of breakfast in the morning. I would stay there the next time I travel to this City.
It was the best hospitality, location and accommodation! It is in the center in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is warm and cozy. Sibiu is the most beautiful city in Romania! I wish we could stay longer there. Thank you Simona🌸😊
Thee hotel located near by old Sibiu center, very nicely and modernly designed.
The suite very spacious, and contain air condition.
The staff are really polite, helpful and friendly.
The breakfast tasty and delicious.
-The location is good.
-Everything is new and clean.
-The attached restaurant is fine.
Once the location decides "are we an aparthotel or are we a true hotel" and acts accordingly, I think they will be fine.
