Great location near (but not too bear) train station, atrium style feels open, rooms are furnished compact but very nicely with 2 beds, headboard with outlets & light, lounge chairs, separate desk, good sized closets, bathroom clean and well arranged.

There was no meal service, however, a convenience store was less than 100m away. And there were two more in a 200m radius. Many places to dine out in the evening and there was a "SENTO♨️" close by. Quiet location.

They have coin laundry and dry machine, which is a plus! Also onsen (hot springs) was very nice. Staff was friendly and they gave me some vouchers to use in cafes.
It's very close to the station, so supermarket and cafes are around.
Small yellow duck in bathroom was super cute ;)

This is a very nice and quaint small city with everything you need. People are friendly here and there are not many tourists as compared to big cities like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Easy to walk around and explore the sights and also plenty of eating options and transport. You can stay here for a couple of days to enjoy the not so busy lifestyle compared to the CBD or major tourist areas
The hotel was very close to the station & easy to find. We were made very welcome & the staff were very polite & helpful. We flew in from the UK early in the morning & we were able to leave our luggage with the hotel until we checked in at 3pm which made things alot easier. Everything you could possibly need is provided, from toiletries (including toothbrush & paste) to nightwear. Although it is close to the station, it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
Room was considerably bigger meaning there is space to unpack and pack luggage and get dressed. There was construction at night which was audible, but it wasn’t as disruptive. To be honest, after 2 weeks all over Japan, I got the best sleep in this hotel. The hotel is next to Musashi Sakai which is along the JR Chuo line, and the rapid train stops at this station. Cheap as eateries nearby open till past midnight, and a convenience store.
The room was very clean, and the staff were always very kind, respectful and helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was also very good with various options in the buffet. The location of the hotel was very convenient: very close to the airport bus stop, the train station and several city bus stops. These are in addition to the many shops and restaurants nearby.
The convenience and the area!!! The hotel is located in cute neighborhood of Kichijoji. The hotel next to the train station however, you could not hear the trains while you were in the hotel. The hotel is also located near tons of restaurants and shopping. I stayed here for 12 nights (which was cheaper than staying in an Airbnb). I'll be staying here again!!!
The staff were excellent and super helpful. The room was larger than expected and had everything we needed plus more. Kichijoji is a great place to stay in Tokyo, too, as it is considerably more laid back than other more central areas of Tokyo. The hotel is a nice distance from the station, too.
I liked the location of this hotel, checkin was easy through the automated Kiosk. When our room wasn't in the expected configuration, staff was helpful in finding the right room.
Easy access from the Kichijoji station, lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby.
I loved the convenient location. The breakfast buffet was excellent: fresh fruit, bread, and good coffee. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They went far and beyond to explain things to us. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to future travelers.
Location is great, next to station and lots of shopping malls and restaurants around. The hotel also has lounge with free water, coffee and tea. Room is spacious, bed is huge for 2 adults and a toddler. I would say their room is much larger compared to other hotels in Tokyo.
This hotel is conveniently located in the center of Kichijoji, yet quiet inside.
I could guess that the hotel employees were smiling even though they were wearing a mask when I asked for some assistance from them. Great service!
Hotel location is very good and room was big and clean. Breakfast was great quality as well.
But mostly I was touched was the staff, they were super kind and helpful. Definitely this is the one which we want to come back.
Check in was very, very easy. The room was clean, the AC worked very well, which is not always the case in hotels in Japan, breakfast was easy to get, and we loved the soba and tempura from Nonowa.
Great location. Lots of awesome restaurants, shopping, a little park. You can take an airporter bus from Haneda to Kichijoji and walk 5 minutes to the hotel. Train station right there as well.
It’s a cozy property in a great neighborhood of Tokyo. Very professional staff and facilities have a nice variety of dining options. Lots of shopping, dining right out the door.
This was our second week, after a week away travelling. We chose the hotel because it was recently renovated and near our family. It suited our needs well.
