Superb location, even though far from the main city centre but the area is good, near to aiport and monolithis beach.
We could see the sunrise from our balcony, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was awwwwsome.
And the staff was very helpful.

The staff were so so helpful, we had a really early check out the next morning before breakfast began so they made us up a takeaway breakfast which was so thoughtful.
Hotel is in a good location for the airport and in the centre of a little town with a few restaurants and bars.
Good value for money.

Mesaria is a very small 'crossroads' town with the main road being very busy with traffic especially large trucks.
There are some lovely local restaurants which serve good food at reasonable prices and two supermarkets. A good bakery sells miniature ice-creams that are very welcome in the heat and there is a small souvenir shop.

We loved the Galini restaurant and left their business card in the apartment. It is only 5 minutes by car and we went there 4 times, each time great food, huge portions, fast service, soft Greek music and next to a pretty pebble beach. Mostly Greek customers it seems though English menu available. All the seafood dishes are heavenly ! Mixed grill of seafood for two is amazing value. See 2 pictures of Galini.

The town was in a fairly rural area and seemed to be inhabited by locals more than tourists which was exactly what we wanted for our trip. All the shops you could need are within a short walk (although be prepared to walk up and down some steep inclines).
I strongly recommend finding Vothonaki Café/Meze/Bar, very friendly staff with very good English (And very happy to hear you attempting Greek) and can help recommend tours and activities and such. Some of the best food we had all week.

For a first visit to Santorini i feel I should have chosen Fira to be close to everything. The bus to our accomodation drops us about 10 min walk from the house and it is quite a walk.... If you rent a quad that won t be an issue though.

The room is really spacious and has the luxurious feel to it. The bathroom has a lot of space as well to put your towels, clothes and every piece of bathing equipments you usually need to bring. The staff is really helpful and will do extra to make their guests happy. The close proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service will make this a perfect accommodation if you're looking for a place to stay near the airport.

I'm very satisfied with this room.
I'm very satisfied with this room. Everything is very nice and clean. The landlord was very friendly and helped us a lot! Very recommended here! I really like it! I hope we'll come back next time.
Everything was great. We were realy lucky because we were alone so we enjoyed the common spaces outside. It was amazing and we seriously considered to prolongue our stay. The place is less then 10 min walk from Mesaria center and from the bus stop to Fira. It is a very quite residential area and you can enjoy and relax yourself during the breakfast or after a day visiting Santorini. The kitchen is fully furnished with a coffe machine too. Katerina was very helpful and kind. For the future visit in Santorini Alluvial will be our first choice.
We booked this hotel for our last day because it is convenient to the airport. We had a lovely, quiet room with a large patio and sea view. The proprietor was friendly, welcoming, gave us a great room, good suggestions for things to do on our last day in Santorini, and arranged our transportation to the airport. The room came with breakfast but we had to leave before breakfast was served. To our delight, on our way to the taxi we were presented with a very generous sack breakfast which was delicious!!!
VILLA AMERSA is a beautiful villa located in the peaceful village of MESARIA. The villa is next to the village center. The villa is beautifully decorated, with a private pool. The views from the villa are perfect, and we spent many hours relaxing on the patio and enjoying the sunset. The host was very helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend AMERSA VILLA to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation in Santorini.
Everything was amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful! The manager made an easy and early check in. She helps you to rent vehicles and scooters. She gives you tips on what to see in Santorini. The hotel is steps away from the bus stop(super helpful). There is a supermarket across the street, tavern, parking lot. The hotel has a beautiful terrace, modern furniture, very clean room. You can also order breakfast. Highly recommend!
The staff were very accomodating and friendly. We enjoyed that the breakfast was brough to outside our room to enjoy in the mornings. The swimming pool area was relaxing and calm and set back from the main road, whereas a lot of other hotels in Santorini appeared very overlooked, although they may have had better views they had a lot of people walking past them and were considerably more expensive than Hotel Arlene.
Ideally located in the centre of Santorini, walking distance from the local village, as well as easy access to the hot spots. Our room was spotless and our host Irena went above and beyond with recommendations for things to do, booking car rental and taxis. Breakfast in our room every morning was an additional treat we very much enjoyed. Overall great stay, would highly recommend!
Centrally located in the middle of the island, so not far from many destinations. beautiful pool area and decently sized rooms for the value with everything you need. I stayed for 1 night as a stopover to get to the port, which was perfectly located not far from this hotel.
Flexible staff that worked well with my flight delay, which was very appreciative!
We did not stay at Alluvial Santorini Suites, as we were moved at the last minute by the manager, due to an issue with the previous guests. We were told that we would be given an 'upgrade' in their sister hotel, nearby. We were moved to Acave Suites. The room was very clean, modern and very peaceful inside with a comfortable bed and also a jaccuzzi.
Beautiful traditional Greek cave villa in a quiet village - Messaria. Experience of staying in an authentic Greek village and villa. This property is situated in the center of Santorini with the beautiful shopping and dining area, Fira, just a 7 mins drive and the awesome Kamari beach less than 10 mins drive,
Everything was perfect!
Julia the host was lovely. We arrived 5 hours late...2:00 a.m. to be exact and she greeted us with a smile. The location of the hotel was perfect with local restaurants around and a supermarket right infront of the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Villa Daneiz is a convenient accomodation for Santorini. The owner is super nice and will help you sorting out scooter, taxi etc etc. We stayed only one night but it was exceptional. Rooms are nice and clean and so it's the bathroom. Location is good as easy reach from many places in Santorini.
Everything was fantastic about the property. The rooms were super spacious and clean. Peros and Dimitris provided excellent freshly cooked breakfast and coffee everyday and looked after all of our needs. They were also a wealth of information on getting to different parts of Santorini.
Very good place to stay, it’s quite safe and clean, breakfast is Every Morning Fresh and DELICIOUS, I was so satisfied staying at this place, also they have rental cars, they beat all the prices all over in Santorini. Who is interested to rent a car I highly recommend ask asking them.
We spent a wonderful stay in Emmantina houses.
It felt like home. Our hosts were kind and generous. We really enjoyed the home made breakfast and all the advice given.
The bedroom was really nice and clean.
If we come back to Santorini, we will definitely come back in Emmantina.
The Staff was very welcoming. My friend has a food allergy and they were supper attentive and careful with the food they served us.
Also the hotel is in a calm relaxed area, but yet close by from the Caldera, so we could enjoy the sunset of Santorini and it’s night life! :)
We've enjoyed our staying so much!!
The hotel staff was great and very welcoming, the rooms were just awsome and the food was delicious
The staff helped us and cared for anything we needed and were all just very nice people
Would 100% recommend!!
Hotel is very close to the city centar, it is very clean, and personnel is friendly and very helpful.
It exceeded our expecatations. Santorini vibe at its most.
The room was fine but the hotel is not conveniently located. Unless you need to be close to the airport, there are better areas to stay for similar prices.
