Staff were friendly and helpful. I had an issue in my room (broken air con which was noisy and wouldn't switch off so I couldn't sleep). I was moved, however it took a few attempts because of the hotel being full, I was moved to an upgraded room. Great for me but there was slight resistance to change my room. Room was nice. Rooftop bar was lovely.
