The bathroom is very nice. Staff were helpful with carrying luggage to my room. I had read some of the reviews so my expectations were not so high, anyway nothing to complain about for me.

The location in the village was perfect for us. We could walk the village cobbled streets and take in the spectacular views from the gardens and other viewpoints. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants yo choose from - lots of beautiful galleries and shops to browse in. The hotel was located in a key spot close to the bus stops. The office of tourism and post office just next door as well. We were able to get all the advice on the bus schedules to help us. We arrived by train at Éze sur Mer and we had to call a taxi as we had missed the last bus. Taxi took us directly to the hotel. About 15 mins drive. We walked to the train station via the Neitzche trail on our way out of town and it was rough and steep downhill. It took about 1 hour as it was slow going in some places. As most people visit Éze by bus S day trips, after 8pm the streets are quiet. This is really lovely after busy village during the day.

Really exceptional villa, modern, well equipped, nice decorated into the very small details, weather was cold, so we couldn't use the swimming pool, but it is amazingly located. The view from the leaving room and balcony is just astonishing. The host answered very fast and always positively for any of our requests.
