Having bought the stay on booking.com It was from reception made very clear we were not important guests. Was told if we had booked direct from the property we would have had a better room, instead we got a very ordinary room to say the least. Reception told us they could do nothing as the booking was made via bookings.com Having stayed at this place before to our great satisfaction, we were very disappointed and will never stay there again. I advise any person never book that place via booking.com or as us never book at that hotel.

We stayed here whilst passing through Odense. The location is fantastic. We stayed on the night of the first snow of the season, so everything looked like a fairy-tale. The rooms are basic, but clean and functional. The breakfast was nice with a good selection.
