This locality is the "snow corner of the Tiro" - it has snow in the valley when other resorts don't. The landscape and the village environments are beautiful and relatively without commercial architecture. The main ski-resort is brilliant - linked to Saalbach - Hin and also family friendly; Go to fantastic InterSport Gunther in the Fieberbrunn town for best value ski hire and apparel. Nearby St Jakob Buchansteinwand small ski area is great for learning and families and excellent value - get ski hire at the lift for best value. It has a family theme park and wonderful langlauf and touring territory as well as the Jakobskreutz - A massive "Cross" building on top of the Buchenstand mountain that can be seen for miles.

Two Wishes 1) The bill from the hotel does not show the bid price from booking.com. You have to add different items. I got the bid price finally. The billing should be improved for an easy check. 2)Coronavirus disease In Tirol is since February the coronavirus disease. My information is, that in our hotel no guest has had the disease. When we left Austria on March 14, we were asked from the German government to go in a two-week quarantine. I would be helpful for us to know if there was a guest with coronavirus disease in the hotel during our stay or a week before. Please take the strong position from Booking.com to get this information. This information is important for the assessment, if we have the disease Please provide the information as soon as possible Best regards.

The first impression is that you would like something newer, better equipped. But later you understand the authenticity of this place. You can feel the true spirit of the vintage Austrian residence. Nothing needs to be changed in the interior. In the future, this guesthouse will let you feel like you are in a museum :)

The slopes in the Fieberbrunn-Saalbach-Hinterglemm resort are very well connected. Parking under a shelter - in winter this is a big advantage. A host who knows the region well and knows about mountains and skiing. I highly recommend it for a ski trip.
