We loved our stay at Mavilim, the staff were the friendliest, loveliest people! They helped us a lot with the many queries we had.
Lovely place, amazing views and a private beach.
The room was spotless, everything was super clean.
The bed was so, so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud.
The infinity pool was gorgeous, we used it a few times at night.
Very quiet, we slept with no sounds at night.
The toiletries were L'occitane, super lovely.

it was terrible, don’t look at the photos here and Instagram, everything is terrible, dirty, not cleaned, problems with consolidation, cleanliness in the rooms, water, they are all old, broken, there is nothing at all on the beach except construction, and a broken shower, everything is broken and they also charge 160 euros for this, and 400 euros for an old room with dirt.
Located within walking distance from the town centre of Kas, Payam Hotel offers an outdoor pool.

We loved everything about this hotel. I’m already dreaming of going back and we just left yesterday. They had everything you could want and more. I just can’t express how great this place is. They even left a sweet note and flowers for our honeymoon. I hope we can come back very soon!

Fantastic family run hotel. Attention to detail is everywhere - from breakfast to the room, only hotel so far in our trip in Turkey to provide iron and ironing board. Hotel is very clean. Best breakfast we had so far, food was very fresh and tasty, also every morning there was something new to try.
Beautiful view from the balcony (if you book room with sea view), nice pool to cool down on the hot day. Hotel is few streets away from the town centre, you still get a little noise if you leave window open, but I can only imagine the noise if you stay in Kas city centre as some restaurants blast music till ~2 AM.
Special thanks to the family and staff running this hotel, such a nice people making sure you have best stay possible.

We stayed in Sun Suna for two nights. Amazing hotel with breathtaking sea view! One of the best breakfast that we had. The staff is very friendly. All hotel’s facilities are very comfortable. There is great promenade to the Kas center, it takes around one hour to reach the center but it worth it - the views are so beautiful.

Kas is a small town with a great mix Turkish and foreign visitors. Its a 2.5 hour trip from the main airport in Dalaman on relatively easy roads. Numerous restaurants cater for all needs and budgets. Many hotels are close enough to the town centre to easily walk in and back. Kas is
a tourist destination so some prices do reflect that business, however the exchange rate is favourable to the overseas visitor which means that meals can still be bought cheaper than eating out at home.

Kas is a jewel of a place and we have visited many times.
Kas is a jewel of a place and we have visited many times. Returning again and again to enjoy its relaxing atmosphere, traditional qualities, excellent food ,lovely people and views to die for this time we were disappointed. It has become much much busier and the average age of the visitor has changed and it now attracts a much younger clientele. This unfortunately has lead to it becoming much noisier and the places we have always enjoyed visiting now have loud music blaring out all day and night totally ruining the tranquility and relaxation we go there for.
This beautiful jewel of the turquoise coast has been tarnished and probably changed forever. It is unlikely that we will return.

Kas is a lively town.
Kas is a lively town. It’s main harbour is surrounded by a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops, backed by towering hills. Swimming is available from 3 accessible beaches and hotel-owned swimming platforms, all with sun beds. Day trips are available to local places of interest as a dive boats.
The town can get very busy in the main July/August holiday season. It’s a popular place. The drive from Antalya or Dalaman is long (around 4 and 3 hours respectively) and the coast roads are winding. Book a transfer or taxi if you are of nervous disposition when it comes to driving!

A cute little coastal town in Turkey.
A cute little coastal town in Turkey. Perfect for a weeks holiday. If you want to make use of the beach bars, then book a hotel that has a beach area access. otherwise you may need to pay. Or hire a car to take you to other beaches around Kas. Its a fair way from either Antalya or Dalaman airports, but well worth it. Town has a fabulous array of restaurants, from little local cafes to more expensive places with views, and plenty of cute shops to look at. There are lots of boats to do day tours from as well

The lack of brits was great, it’s quaint and authentic and I love the amount of cats that the locals look after and feed - it’s a beautiful place. The fake bags are also better quality than in Kalkan which is where most British people know of.
We really enjoyed our stay at SeaTown and definitely recommend staying here. They provide parking across the road and the location is perfect - quick and easy walk to the marina. We were given a choice of two rooms when checking in which was nice. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was good. Room service everyday was amazing! The breakfast is the best we’ve had in Turkey (we’ve been here for 3 weeks…) - everything was so fresh and there were different hot items everyday. Housekeeping can also do your laundry for an extra cost.
everything. amazing location. great breakfast with lots of green options. room was recently renovated and spotless.
I have been staying in Kas hotels in the last 6 years, this is was the best experience. the service and the location need to be seen to be believed for the money one pays. Engin was very kind. When I make my reservation through booking, managers often fish for booking comments. Engin was above such considerations. Thank you for that too.
This hotel is the most beautiful in Kas! Amazing breakfast, Amazing room, Amazing pool with sunset views, and especially amazing staff. Thank you so much to Berk, Jasmine, and Saeed. I recommend anyone in Kas to stay here, it is secluded and calm for a relaxing beautiful resort, yet very accessible to downtown! Thank you for the amazing stay! Hopefully we’ll meet again in the future :)
This hotel is in a good location in Kas - out of the most crowded area but is close to oceanfront bars and restaurants.
One of the hotel staff, Richard, is super nice and helpful. He speaks great English and provided us with helpful information about the area and tours. The rest of the staff speaks little to no English but we managed to communicate.
Breakfast was good.
The location is at the very heart of Kas restaurants and bars.
The room is new and clean with good view of mountains and the sea! The balcony is spacious and had a hanging rack.
The breakfast is at the cozy restaurant below the hotel and was very good! A lot choices of cheese and good tea
We stayed 6 nights. You are getting the room exactly what you have selected and seen on the pictures. A hotel with a breathtaking view, an excellent room, ultra professional but also friendly staff. After the chaos of Kaş Center, staying here felt like medicine. I would definitely recommend.
Very good spot, very spacious rooms, very clean, good bedding, stuff very attentive even offered free breakfast and late checkout. 1 star was lost due the lack of soundproofing but if you are tight sleeper it will not be an issue. Best place for our stay on our last day in Turkey.
3 Oda was the most amazing place where we stayed at in Turkey. The surrounding is so calm and beautiful. The place itself is extremely cosy. The breakfast is wonderful. And last but not least, the hosts are the friendliest people ever.
We hope to be back one day.
Just wow! One of the best hotels during my journey across Turkey. No doubts - go ahead and book it! If I will return to Kas - only to this place. Very comfortable, warm place with new design interior. Everything is new and very good! I wish this hotel all the best!
The hotel is located in the center of Kaş which is very comfortable for walking and transfer. The personnel is welcoming and ready to help with all issues. In the room you may find a button for cleaning and have your room cleaned whenever you want.
Comfortable, spacious and modern rooms. Great location, close proximity to everything we needed. The best breakfast we’ve had so far in Turkey! Staff were always friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay again.
one of the Best hotel I stayed in my LIFE! the view and the turkish breakfast really worth it to stay in this Hotel! the owner and the staff are really welcoming you and helpful 24/7. The hotel is nearby Kaś town.
The hosts are a very friendly couple who speak good English.
Nice private area including lounge and terrace overlooking the sea. It was one of the most relaxing places we had on our trip to Turkey.
One of the most beautiful coasts I've ever seen in Turkey, a comfortable deck, every place you are in the hotel, you have a privileged view of the sea, it's worth knowing
