Loved Corvara.
Loved Corvara. Good, close access to the well organised ski lifts and slopes and all the skiing infrastructure you would expect. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the village and on the slopes good shops, ice skating rink etc.

Have stayed here five times skiing & twice in Summer. The beauty of the area takes some beating, surrounded with grand mountains, plenty of modern chair lifts etc. then fantastic flowers with well marked walking trails in Summer. You do need to be fit to enjoy this area, though, & there is very limited other entertainment unless staying at one of the larger hotels with a swimming pool, sauna etc. Also at present, there are limited full or half board options, giving B&B stays a hunt for the evening meals - but the pizzas are good!JanetUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Spent a week skiing here which was our first visit to this area. Excellent and extensive skiing are serviced by excellent lifts and the scenery is absolutely stunning. Half board accommodation but we did eat out on two nights and the choice of restaurants was good.

Everything was prepared with a great attention to detail and of the highest quality. Breakfast offered a great variety and many homemade goodies. We opted for the halfboard stay and had dinner included in the price. The dinner was a 4 course meal which was very tasty. The outdoor seating area is also extremely comfortable and invites to sit in the sun and sip a cup of coffee. A great and traditionally ladinian place - one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 2 week trip.

The hotel is 150m from the main lifts and has a great ski room with very good boot dryers. The spa is lovely after a long day of skiing. Verena and Pippo are warm, cheerful and so helpful. Verena made many dinner recommendations and reservations for us The breakfasts are delicious and fresh with lots of choices and in a beautiful setting. It was a perfect ski week!

A fulfilling breakfast offering of Italian coffee ,pastries , bread, jams, yogurt kept us energized for daily hikes in this beautiful area. Our small dog was equally welcomed and had access to close grassy areas. It is also located within very close walking distance to many good restaurants.

The free invluded vreakfast was a great way to start the day before hiking. The location of the hotel is perfect as a jumping off point fir many of the local trails or cable cars.
